Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This is the Shadowrocket official website and manual. This policy covers browsing and interactions on shadow-tunnel.com and explains how website visit data is handled. For data handling in the app and purchases through the Apple Store, refer to the information provided by the app and the store, respectively.

1. Scope and data collection

This static website provides purchase guidance, setup instructions, and configuration references. It does not offer account registration or email collection forms. You can read the manual without submitting your name, phone number, or payment details, and you do not need to upload subscription links, server details, or configuration files to this website.

When your browser requests a page, the server hosting this website may create access logs containing the request time, page path, response status, IP address, and device information provided by your browser. These technical data are used to serve pages, diagnose request issues, and keep the site running reliably. Static pages can still generate server logs.

Import steps in the tutorials assume you already have your own subscription or server details. The steps are carried out in Shadowrocket. This website does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscriptions. A one-time app purchase is not a connection service plan; buying the app and using a connection service of your own choice are separate matters.

2. Analytics and how data is used

We use visit statistics to understand which pages people read and how they find them. This helps us assess whether tutorials are easy to find, whether mobile pages need improvement, and whether purchase guidance is clear. Statistics may include pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, and on-site click events.

When you click an App Store button in the download guide, we record an event showing that the store link was used. This event helps us measure link usage; it does not indicate a successful purchase or access Apple order or payment results. Do not put subscription credentials, passwords, or other private information in page URL query parameters, where they could be processed as part of visit records.

Analytics data are used for the purposes described above, not to recommend connection services. How long technical logs and analytics records are retained depends on the site’s operating configuration; this policy does not make unverified retention periods into fixed promises.

3. Cookies and browser storage

Whether analytics use cookies depends on the analytics tool’s configuration. If enabled, cookies may help distinguish visits or repeat visits. Browser local storage or session storage may also be used to retain necessary interface settings. This website does not ask you to store app account details, subscription data, or server passwords in these storage areas.

You can view, delete, or restrict cookies and local storage in your browser’s site data settings, and use any tracking controls your browser provides. Clearing stored data may reset saved interface settings and make visit statistics incomplete, but you can still read this policy and the tutorials.

Deleting browser site data does not delete configurations in Shadowrocket or change your App Store purchase history. Those data are not managed through this website’s browser storage.

4. App Store links

Shadowrocket is available only on Apple platforms, and the App Store is the only place to get it. Our download guide explains how to buy and install the app. The store link goes to the Shadowrocket App Store product page.

The product page is operated by Apple. When you follow the link, you enter Apple’s service environment. Account verification, payments, purchase history, and store data handling are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policy. This website does not process store payments or store Apple account credentials. Check the App Store page for device compatibility, system requirements, and purchase availability.

5. Policy updates and guidance

If the website’s analytics, storage practices, or external links change, we will update this policy and revise the “Last updated” month at the beginning of the page. Changes to the purposes or scope of data handling will be explained in the text. Visit this page again to review the current policy.

For help with setup, see the Quick Start steps and troubleshooting tips. Before organizing a question or feedback, remove credentials from subscription URLs, server passwords, QR codes, and account details; include only the information needed to describe the issue. This website does not provide a way to upload private configurations.
